Lindsay was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City. She completed an undergraduate degree in English Literature and Dance from Columbia University, and an MFA in Acting from The University of Tennessee.
Lindsay works as an actor, educator, and movement coach in Los Angeles, CA & New York City. She grew up in a family of folk musicians and knows just enough piano, guitar & ukulele to hold her own at a hootenanny. She invests deeply in the creation and development of ensembles, and believes that the best work is always built in collaboration.
She is a proud volunteer at The 52nd Street Project in Hell's Kitchen and a company member with Polybe + Seats Theater Company. Lindsay currently teaches advanced movement for actors at Pepperdine University, as well as acting, devising and movement-based character development at AMDA College of the Performing Arts.
